These terms apply to both NIOL apps — Sudoku Lab and Block Lab. By installing and using either one, you agree to what is set out here.
Using the app
The apps are free, with optional ads (through Google AdMob) that help fund development. Sudoku Lab has a "Remove Ads" option reserved for future versions — as of today, neither app sells anything inside the app.
Ownership
Code, design, icons, sounds and all app content belong to NIOL. You may use the apps freely for personal use; you may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer or modify them.
No warranties
The apps are provided "as is". We test thoroughly before every release, but we do not guarantee they will be 100% free of bugs at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NIOL is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the apps.
Changes
We may update the apps and these terms at any time. Continuing to use the app after a version update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
